There are many reasons for seeing a psychotherapist, counsellor or personal coach. It can be useful if you want to explore a specific problem or concern, for example stress, anxiety, depression, work issues, relationship problems, life changes, bereavement, trauma, identity and sexuality issues. Or perhaps you are feeling stuck in your life and experiencing a general lack of purpose and malaise.
Therapy can be a useful tool for self-development at any stage in your life. Seeing a therapist can help you understand your situation better so you can make changes.
I aim to provide a supportive and confidential environment so we can jointly explore whatever is going on for you. I work from the Inner Circle Therapy Centre, part of the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent's College, London, which is an organisational member of the United Kingdon Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I also see people in South London and work as an online therapist.
I follow the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework for best practice.
