Directions:
 
There are a number of ways to get to the Inner Circle Therapy Centre. It's an easy walk from Baker Street tube which is on the Bakerloo, Hammersmith and City, Circle and Jubilee lines. The nearest mainline station is Marylebone and many bus services run along Baker Street, Gloucester Place and Marylebone Road.

From Marylebone Road, turn into York Gate which becomes York Bridge as you walk into Regent's Park. Continue to the end of York Bridge where you will enter the Inner Circle. Turn left at the Inner Circle and follow it round until you arrive at the main entrance of Regent's College. When you arrive, report into reception and let them know you have an appointment. You will then be given a pass and asked to wait in the reception area where you will be collected in time for your appointment.
 
You can also travel by car - Marylebone Road and North of Marylebone Road are not yet in the Congestion Charge zone. Metered parking is available in the Inner Circle and also in the car park of Regent's College.
